We want to prevent the problems originating from outside our country, from entering our country.
Every region has its problems. There is no shortage of conflict in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
We advocate for measures that guard against the importation of foreign conflict to our soil.
We believe foreign influence must be monitored.
We advocate for measures that will, first and foremost, protect all Canadians.
These measures include:
- Monitoring the importation of foreign conflict to Canadian soil (“how” the importation of a foreign conflict is done, by whom, and when);
- Collecting evidence for use by law enforcement (including immigration-related enforcement, taxation and anti-money laundering enforcement), and media.
Examples of proposed safety measures
Middle East Region
Urgently re-uniting permanent residents and Canadians from Gaza with their Canadian families, by having Canada allocate more resources to ensure an expedited and robust security and background verification process. As Gaza is dominated by designated terrorist organizations, our country must have all appropriate measures in place to prevent terrorist supporters in Gaza from becoming terrorist supporters in Canada.
We recommend Canadian security specialists interview individual applicants, before they are entitled to embark for Canada, and again, a second time, by an officer with the Canada Border Services Agency, when individual applicants arrive at a port of entry in Canada, prior to being admitted for entry to Canada.
We recommend that records be kept and maintained for a period of not less than 25 years regarding answers to the following questions:
- Have you ever been a member of any designated terrorist organization at any time?
- Has any member of your family been a member of any designated terrorist organization at any time (father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, grandfather, grandmother)?
- Have you ever provided funds to any designated terrorist organization or to a member of any designated terrorist organization at any time?
- Has any member of your family ever provided funds to or been a member of any designated terrorist organization at any time (father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, grandfather, grandmother)?

Asian Region
We need to secure Canada against inappropriate foreign interference. The study permit and work permit programs should not be a gateway to facilitate illicit use of intellectual property, or to circumvent capital flow controls.
African Region
We should act to prevent foreign espionage agents who have legally gained access to our country from spying on their fellow nationals. Currently, because these people are not spying on Canadians, they are allowed to remain in Canada.
